Dr. Rachel Dillinger, MD PMH-C
I believe that your mental health deserves more than rushed, one-size-fits-all appointments. That’s why I practice holistic and integrative psychiatry, providing personalized treatment that goes far beyond the limitations of standard care.
My passion lies in understanding not just the mind, but also how different treatments work together to support your well-being. With a nuanced knowledge of psychiatric medications, complementary therapies, and the connection between your mental and physical health, I’m dedicated to truly understanding and finding the best path forward for you.
Together, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs, helping you find real and lasting relief.
Patient Reviews
Services
We will take a deep dive into your full psychiatric, medical, psychosocial, family history and current lifestyle. We will review and/or order laboratory tests as needed, identify your goals, and decide together on a treatment plan. If together we determine this is not the best fit (i.e. needing or wanting less intensive care, more benefit addressing trauma through EMDR therapy, etc.), I will work with you to identify options for referrals aligned with your goals and provide a written letter to summarize our takeaways for you to provide to them.

This service is a consultation for patients who are in treatment with a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner or primary care provider already and would like a fresh set of eyes for perspective and/or additional tools for managing symptoms, side effects, or overlapping comorbid conditions.
Maybe you haven’t experienced a full response to treatment, there are pesky side effects you wonder about, or there’s a sense of “something else” being behind your experiences. Or maybe you simply would feel more reassured if a diagnosis was confirmed or explained in a different way to improve your understanding.
While medication is not prescribed, laboratory tests are sometimes ordered and review of these and/or other materials (e.g. neuropsychological testing or medical notes) may require a follow-up visit to convey impressions and recommendations. Collaboration with your primary provider is included (if desired) at no additional charge.
