Patient Reviews

While you can find details of my background here, I am most proud of and grateful for the impact I’ve had on my patients:
I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Rachel Dillinger. She is by far the best psychiatrist that I've ever had. It was obvious in my very first appointment with her that her knowledge and expertise in the field are exceptional. Dr. Dillinger has a remarkable understanding of not only the medications directly related to my treatment but also a broad range of supplements that can complement and enhance the overall therapeutic process and my overall health. This comprehensive knowledge has undoubtedly contributed to the effectiveness of my treatment plan. Dr. Dillinger is also one of the most collaborative psychiatrists I have ever had. She actively involves me in the decision-making process, valuing my input and making me feel like an active participant in my own mental health journey. This level of collaboration has undeniably fostered a sense of trust and openness that I believe is crucial in any therapeutic relationship. Beyond her role as a psychiatrist, Dr. Dillinger has an extremely impressive intellectual depth in medicine. Her knowledge extends well beyond the expected scope of her profession, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and a genuine passion for understanding the complexities of mental health as well as physical health. She has given me phenomenal guidance on physical health matters and seems truly invested in my wellbeing. I strongly recommend Dr. Dillinger as a psychiatrist and human being.
I am so grateful to Dr. Dillinger. She has helped me more than she even realizes. She is incredibly competent, compassionate, and knowledgeable. With her as my doctor, I have had life-changing results. You are so appreciated, Dr. Dillinger.
My experience with Dillinger is always great. She really listens. She is very professional and always makes my session calming.
Very effective. Actionable solutions to my issues. New ideas in helping change my perception of the problem.
Dr. Rachel Dillinger demonstrates exceptional understanding and empathy towards her patients. She listens attentively to our concerns and provides support in every possible way, even going as far as calling pharmacies for medication and following up on our progress. I have yet to encounter a better healthcare professional. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of care. Under her guidance, my overall health has noticeably improved, and my mental well-being has flourished. Dr. Dillinger's analytical skills are impressive, and her unwavering support and positivity create a nurturing environment. She dedicates ample time to each patient, never making us feel rushed. It's evident that she doesn't view this as just a profession; she genuinely cares for her patients.
I had a regular therapist for quite some time. She dismissed me when I was still struggling with mental health and thought it could be something more. I was referred to Dr. Dillinger. She knew what I had going on before I actually met with her. She has been phenomenal with my care. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment. I am finally starting to feel better!
After having the same psychiatrist for over 20 years I was anxious seeing someone new but Dr Dillinger is fantastic. She is so warming and I was at ease immediately.
Dr Rachel Dillinger is the best! Thorough, knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend her to all!!!!
She is easy to talk to, easy to work with and has extensive knowledge on drug interactions and works with you on how medications with work with your goals such as weight loss. I highly recommend her!
The most helpful and caring Psychiatrist I've ever had. She actively listens to my concerns and has been vital to navigating the medication side of mental health care.
Dr. Dillinger was thoughtful, kind, and articulate. She clearly explained the science behind my experiences which was interesting and helpful! Would absolutely recommend.
